Summer Mote came to FedEx from Webseology LLC, a web design and digital marketing agency she founded in 2012. She attended Florida State University where she obtained a BS in Finance. In 2012, she completed courses for Integrated Online Strategies at the University of San Francisco. Her professional goals are to bring her eCommerce and digital marketing expertise to her DSS position with FedEx to help grow the division to its fullest potential.

Summer has been a vital link in utilizing her amazing graphic art talents to create collateral for marketing used to enhance the BSS team BRAND. She is not only an amazing web designer, but she has loaned her skills to assisting with the DSS relaunch and marketing for Ambition. She freely shares her knowledge about SEO and brings a Living PSP attitude of Gratitude and Curiosity to every task. She has successfully interacted with the Entrepreneur Advisory Board and brought amazing value with her interaction and insight as a business owner. Her ability to relate to customers, based on her past business experiences, has allowed her to break down barriers and develop meaningful consultative recommendations. She is an avid learner and continues to add to her list of certifications as she increases her knowledge in the digital space.

Summer has one daughter, Sierra 16. In her spare time she enjoys hiking in the Arizona desert and traveling.
